I have been raising and handling Curly Coated Retrievers since 2001. At Brio I strive to produce and raise dogs that are true to breed form and can perform the job they were intended for every day. My goal is to have dogs that are not only great family dogs, but can hunt all day and can win in the show ring. Currently all the Curly Coats at Brio have either obtained both show and field titles or are making progress towards completing titles in both the show and field. I believe if you are striving for both perfection in the show and field when breeding, your breeding stock should have the backing of accomplished titles to prove they are capable. Breeding stock should also have health clearances in all areas before being bred.
